Reservation Policy
A valid credit card (or advance check deposit) is required to secure your reservation. A deposit of one-night stay may be charged to your credit card with balance due at departure.
A two-night minimum stay is required weekends in high season and on holidays.
Check-in is between 3:00 and 7:00 PM; arrangements may be made in advance for late arrivals. Check-out by Noon.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and traveler's checks are accepted.
Room Rates
Rooms from $159/night. Rates are for double occupancy and include our full gourmet breakfast. There is a $20 per night charge for an extra person in the room. Rates for Sunset Cottage (sleeps 4) from $189 to $250 per night;. Inquire about discounted weekly and monthly rentals. Rates are subject to state (5%) and county (4%) taxes. Rates may be subject to change except on confirmed reservations.
High Season: June through October and all Holidays
Gift certificates are available.

Inn Policies
Children are welcome with prior notification; $20 per night additional charge for extra bed in room.
Well behaved dogs are accepted in some rooms with prior reservation; $10 per night additional charge.
For the comfort of our guests no smoking is allowed indoors.
Cancellation Policy
Because we are small, last minute cancellations affect us significantly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call at least seven days prior to scheduled arrival time for refund of your deposit. For cancellations of less than 7 days you are responsible for the full value of the reservation unless we are able to rebook the room. Holidays and multiple bookings require 14 day notice. Also, there are no refunds for early departures.
